Our lawn now houses a whole range of Colonial furniture that is really in keeping with Rise Hall and means our guests can dine outside or just have drinks and enjoy the views. My personal favourite is the cocoon, a circular hideaway we have in a secret little spot in the grounds for romantic trysts or just lolling around reading a good book.

The people at Akula were really lovely to deal with and they distribute their furniture worldwide. I'd heartily recommend them whether you are a garden centre, interior designer, hotel or golf club.
